    Pricing is in UK sterling (GBP). VAT will be applied at a rate of 17.5% at checkout.

    For credit and debit card payments, we accept transactions via the secure Worldpay system. This means that at no point do Bytel see or store your credit or debit card information.

  3. Shipping
    All shipping is handled via DHL at a cost of £18.00 plus £2.00 per kilo. Upon shipping you will be supplied with the DHL tracking ID, which can be used on the DHL website to find the current status of your shipment. Please note that we only ship within the UK.

  4. Availability
    We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

  5. Refunds & Returns
    Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, clothing must have labels attached) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

  6. Cancelling
    You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days from the date of order, or 7 days of receipt of the goods. Cancelling can be done either by calling 0870 247 8899 or emailing support@bytel.net.uk
